About Us

About US Daybreak Diner was founded by Lizabeth and Gerard Johnson. Lizabeth's entrepreneur spirit and passion for "Great Food and Friendly Serves" made for an easy sell to our inventors. Lizabeth's countless years in the restaurant business provided the know-how and ingenuity to open the doors on October 27th 1997.  Partnered by her husband Gerard and his "can do" attitude, superior work ethic and integrity have made them an unstoppable team. Daybreak has grown to be the

 "Cheers of Diners" in our community. We are passionate about serving great food in a timely manner by friendly people.

Community Daybreak Diner supports the local churches and schools by donations to various fund raisers. Charities Daybreak Diners' tow main charities are "Feed the Children" of the United States & "The Apparent Project" Local Daybreak Diner Supports the local artists by providing a place to sell there art at no charge to the artist.

The Chefs

My name is Jack, and flipping burgers isn't just my job. It's my hobby, past-time and favorite obsession. For me, hamburgers are an edible form of art.


Chef Michael has a culinary arts degree from The School of hard knocks and has trained in Chicago, Raleigh N.C. Little Rock, Memphis, Mississippi and Orlando.
